Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Safaga. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with labor regulations, implementing HR policies, managing payroll, and fostering a positive workplace culture. They will act as a key strategic partner to leadership in aligning HR strategies with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Recruitment, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition

Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development

Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies

Skills in Training, Development, and Performance Management

Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills

Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities

Proven experience with HRIS systems and payroll management

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Prior experience in an on-site HR Manager role or similar position
