Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Customer Care Representative (English account). Responsibilities include assisting customers through exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. The role also involves effective communication and maintaining a positive experience for customers in alignment with company values.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build relationship-oriented interactions
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to provide effective and professional assistance
- Proficiency in Communication, including fluent English, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
- Demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through excellent service and problem resolution
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset
- Team player with a commitment to ongoing learning and self-improvement
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent, college education preferred
