Responsible for conference hall IT and live production operations, including managing screens, live video switching, streaming, and real-time editing during conferences and events.

Key Skills & Tools
  • Live production & streaming using OBS and vMix
  • Managing conference hall screens (LED walls, confidence monitors, side screens)
  • Live camera switching, overlays, lower thirds, and session visuals
  • Live streaming to platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or YouTube
  • Real-time
  • and post-session editing using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Visual updates and branding support using Adobe Photoshop
  • Basic event networking, AV coordination, and live troubleshooting
Experience & Qualifications
  • 3+ years in conference IT operations or live event production
  • Hands-on experience in corporate or medical conferences
  • Degree or diploma in IT, Multimedia, Media Production, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure during live sessions
Work Model
  • Part-time / project-based
  • On-site presence required during setup, rehearsals, and event days
