EgyCham is hiring Sr. HR Generalist for one of our clients in Water Supply and Irrigation Systems Industry.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist , located in Benha. The role involves overseeing and implementing HR policies, facilitating employee benefits programs, managing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The candidate will contribute to creating a positive workplace culture, provide consultation on employee-related issues, and collaborate with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience in Trading B2B environments is a must
Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and strong knowledge of HR Management practices
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
