⁠Develop the sales plans and revenue targets that optimize return on investments in line with the overall sales strategy/KPIs

•⁠ ⁠Explore and pursue suitable sales channels and engagement strategy including commission rates for agents/brokers

•⁠ ⁠Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to identify and pursue opportunities for expanding reach within local, regional and international markets and to plan suitable campaigns to promote the Group’s developments

•⁠ ⁠Lead participation in marketing events/roadshows to maximise company’s visibility and to generate new sales leads

•⁠ ⁠Building and maintain strong positive professional relationships with agents/broker to optimise opportunities for revenue generation

•⁠ ⁠Lead exploration and pursual of opportunities to upsell and cross sell to existing client/customers

•⁠ ⁠Analyse sales data to identify consumer behaviours and sales trends
