Role Purpose
The objective of the role is to maintain lease databases. This involves obtaining portfolio information, reporting to clients and other JLL
teams.
What this job involves:
- Providing excellent analysis of commercial lease documents
- Accurate abstraction of documents
- Diligent data entry within indicated timeframe
- Management of database and lease documents in clients’ portfolios
- Regular preparation, release and updates of reports for clients
- Administration tasks completion within the deadlines
