📌 Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day

• Days Off: Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment: post jobs, screen applicants, conduct interviews, hire new team members

• Handle onboarding and employee documentation

• Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll

• Support performance management and employee engagement

• Ensure compliance with labor

law and internal policies

• Serve as HR point of contact for employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of HR experience (healthcare or service industry is a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Problem-solving mindset; handle confidential information

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
