Your responsibilities include:
• Advising clients
on visa requirements and travel documentation
• Reviewing and organizing visa applications and supporting documents
• Booking appointments and handling embassy-related follow-ups
• Communicating with clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp
• Offering exceptional customer service and problem-solving
• Staying updated on changing visa regulations and embassy policies
• Coordinating with internal teams for bundled services (e.g., insurance, travel plans)
Qualifications
- as a visa consultant or handling visa requests is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in travel management a plus
- Knowledge of business travel processes
- Ability to handle travel arrangements

- Ability to work independently and remotely
