Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain planning to ensure smooth coordination between procurement, inventory, logistics, and export functions.
- Develop supply chain strategies that optimize cost, efficiency, and service levels across the organization.
- Coordinate closely with Shipping and Operations departments to ensure alignment of shipment schedules, production plans, and export timelines.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to align supply availability, market demand forecasts, and sales plans to ensure efficient fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor demand forecasts and production plans to ensure availability of required materials and finished goods.
- Oversee inventory planning and stock control to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess stock and shortages.
- Evaluate supplier performance and collaborate with procurement to ensure reliable sourcing and cost efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to maintain business continuity.
- Support management with periodic reports, forecasts, and operational insights related to supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, export regulations, and international logistics standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or export activities.
- Experience in export, manufacturing, production, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of export procedures, shipping documentation, and international logistics.
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel reporting.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good command of English.
