Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and infrastructure.
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions for repairs and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance operations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, coordinating timely repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support production and service goals.
  • Source and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
  • Continuously assess and improve maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • Maximum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
  • Experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
