Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily movement and scheduling of the limousine fleet to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Monitor and manage driver assignments, routes, and shift schedules to optimize fleet utilization.
  • Oversee the dispatching process, ensuring all client requests and reservations are fulfilled accurately and punctually.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance for all fleet operations.
  • Track and report on fleet performance metrics, including on-time arrivals, vehicle usage, and incident logs.
  • Resolve operational challenges, including last-minute changes, delays, or emergencies, with effective problem-solving.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate drivers and support staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Liaise with clients to address service feedback, special requests, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet movements, driver logs, and incident reports for auditing and analysis.
