Role Description
The Marketing Manager (Real Estate) will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to attract buyers, tenants, and investors. Daily tasks include managing advertising campaigns, identifying market trends, maintaining brand consistency, coordinating with sales teams, and overseeing events, promotions, and public relations efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st Nasser City.
Qualifications
Must have Real Estate Developer Experience
- Strong strategic marketing skills, including
- campaign design, branding, and promotional planning
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Experience with market analysis, research, and identifying emerging real estate trends
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with real estate marketing, including experience in creating tailored marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role within the real estate industry is highly preferred
