We are seeking a highly qualified High Voltage Substation Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in medium and high voltage (MV/HV) substation protection and control systems, with extensive experience in engineering, execution, and site supervision, as well as leading the preparation of technical documents for bidding and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all engineering and execution activities for HV substations (up to 220 kV)
• Review and approve protection & control designs, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and control philosophies
• Manage on-site execution: installation, wiring, testing

• , troubleshooting, and commissioning
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers during project implementation
• Manage FAT/SAT, site testing and energization plans.
• Manage preparation of all technical documents for bidding and bidding and implementation, including:
• Technical offers, compliance sheets, BOQs
• Equipment specifications and technical schedules
• Provide technical leadership to engineering and site teams

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HV/MV substation engineering and execution
• Strong hands-on experience in protection & control systems (AIS)
• Proven background in executing HV substation projects from design to energization
• Strong experience in preparing technical proposals and bid documentation
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Cairo resident
• Willing to travel to local and international sites
