Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Modern Sciences and Arts University
, located in Markaz Tanta. The Associate will support academic and administrative activities, contribute to departmental operations, and provide assistance to faculty members in their teaching and research responsibilities. Responsibilities include coordinating academic schedules, preparing required documentation, assisting students with inquiries, managing communication between departments, and ensuring that institutional objectives are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative skills such as scheduling, documentation, and communication
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to collaborate with different departments and manage tasks efficiently
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to assist faculty members and interact with students
- Adept at problem-solving, data analysis, and using technology to manage tasks
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to working in a dynamic academic environment
- Relevant educational background, preferably a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Prior experience in academic or administrative roles is a plus
