Job Overview

• A Loading Team Specialist focuses on the accurate and timely uploading and updating of product information into relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. They verify and upload details like rates, availability, and terms, monitor for errors, and maintain documentation. They also support other teams with product-related queries and may be involved in loading hotels and other travel products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uploading and updating product information (e.g., hotels, tours, transfers) into booking systems or content platforms.
• Ensuring the accuracy of rates, availability, terms and conditions, and other product details.
• Ensuring timely loading of travel products and supplier contracts.
• Monitoring system errors or discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
• Maintaining documentation and logs related to product loading and updates.
• Monitoring and evaluating loading performance and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Taking care of loading hotels stop sales and availability charts

Required Skills :

• Juniper Software Background required
• Good English communications is an asset
• Proficiency in data entry, content management systems, and other relevant software.
• Ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry and product information.
