We are a fast-growing company specializing in high-quality construction and interior finishing solutions. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven Sales Engineer to help us build new relationships and deliver exceptional projects across Egypt.
About the Role:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You’ll identify new opportunities, build lasting partnerships
, and present tailored solutions to clients across residential, commercial, and administrative projects. Your role will be key in driving growth and ensuring seamless project handovers.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and fit-out sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and end-clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight technical and commercial value.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends and competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams
- to ensure accurate costing and smooth project transition.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development within construction, interior finishing, or fit-out.
- Strong network within Egyptian real estate and contracting industries (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
