NLDS + Partners is a multidisciplinary design and build firm delivering integrated architectural and construction solutions. We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to strengthen our coordination processes and ensure excellence in project delivery.
Job Description:
The BIM Coordinator will oversee BIM workflows, manage model
coordination across disciplines, and ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements throughout all phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and update BIM models across project stages.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards and protocols.
• Conduct model audits and issue coordination reports.
• Support
design and site teams with BIM-related technical matters.
• Participate in and lead coordination meetings when required.
Requirements:
• 5–6 years of proven experience in BIM coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Strong experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work full-time from the Cleopatra office.
