We are a leading fleet provider supplying riders to major delivery platforms in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a highly experienced Fleet Operations & Performance Manager with direct experience in managing delivery fleets for major platforms.

• HungerStation
• Mrsool
• Jahez
• Keeta

(Experience with similar high-volume platforms is highly preferred.)

Role Objective

Lead and optimize fleet performance across multiple platforms, manage large rider teams, and drive KPI achievement while improving operational structure and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 300+ riders across multiple platforms.
• Achieve KPIs (Orders per Rider, Acceptance Rate, Cancellation Rate, Utilization).
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce cost per order.
• Build structured performance tracking dashboards.
• Supervise supervisors and dispatch teams.
• Handle escalations and platform compliance matters.
• Develop retention strategies to reduce rider turnover.

Requirements

• 4+ years in delivery fleet operations.
• Direct experience managing fleets supplying riders to delivery apps.
• Strong leadership and performance management background.
• Proven ability to scale operations.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel required).
• Experience in talabat or another comppany similer is a strong advantage.
