Role Objectives
The Marketing Manager will take a leadership role in building and executing the marketing strategy for Breadfast Supermarket business unit. This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring alignment with Breadfast’s overarching brand guidelines. The Marketing Manager will lead a high-performing marketing team, manage the budget, and work closely with the commercial team to achieve business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to Breadfast’s brand guidelines in all marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image.
- Manage marketing campaigns across various channels both online and offline, including digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships & PR efforts.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.

- Set clear goals for team members and provide guidance to achieve business objectives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles, with 3+ years managing teams.
- Proven success in managing marketing budgets and delivering high-impact campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on data-informed decision-making.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industries is highly desirable.
