Job Description

Periodically visit the hubs and follow up on the work and make sure there are no problems.
Daily monitoring of dispatcher attendance.
Manage closing the daily ticket stations
Manage hub deliveries, claims, payments, and returns
Adjust the delivery guys' numbers according to inc. or dec. the number of orders for each hub with LM supervisor
Responsible for training new dispatcher agents
