Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Export Specialist will be responsible for handling export documentation, coordinating import-export processes, managing communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring efficient customer service. The role involves tracking shipments, complying with international trade regulations, and resolving any issues that may arise during the export process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency

• in Export Documentation and knowledge of import-export processes
• Strong Communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and partners
• Customer Service skills with a focus on addressing client needs and resolving issues
• Experience in Export and Import-Export operations
• Ability to manage deadlines and attention to detail in documentation
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and standards is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
