Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
  • Run diagnose program to resolve problems to head office and branches
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Resolve technical problems with local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other systems
  • Install computer peripherals for users
  • Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Manage CCTV system
  • Manage documents and files
  • Reporting to IT Manager

 

Job Requirements

  • very good communication, problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
  • Good understanding of computer system, mobile devices and other tech products
  • MCSE, CCNA certificates are preferred
  • Flexible working with Microsoft office apps
  • Basic knowledge of CAM and Fingerprint systems
