💼 Production Chemist – Oils Processing
📍 Location: Shebin EL Kanater
Hashem Brothers for Essential Oils, a leading company specialized in natural essential oils and aromatic raw materials, is hiring Production Chemist.
🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Chemist to manage the processing stage of incoming essential oils including filtration, aeration and separation.
The selected candidate will work closely with warehouse, quality, and export teams to ensure proper handling, processing, and preparation of oils according to company standards
and customer specifications.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Receive essential oils from suppliers in coordination with the warehouse team.
- Supervise and execute processing activities including:
- Filtration
- Separation
- Aeration
- Re-filling
- Coordinate with the Quality team for sampling, testing, and release approvals.
- Ensure processed quantities match export and production plans.
- Coordinate with export department regarding quantities required for filling and shipment.
- Monitor losses, waste percentages, and yield during processing.
- Maintain proper documentation for batches and internal transfer records.
- Ensure compliance with
- safety, hygiene, and handling standards.
- Supervise workers involved in processing and filling operations.
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in oils manufacturing or processing environments.
- Can commute to Shebin daily.
- Practical experience in filtration, mixing, separation, or liquid processing operations.
- Understanding of batch control and material traceability.
- Strong attention to detail and production follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory coordination and documentation.
