Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Qesm 1st El Mansoura. The Human
Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, which include recruiting, onboarding, implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Proficiency in problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience using HR software and systems is a plus
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
