Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide detailed feedback on safety procedures, documentation, and compliance materials

• Collaborate with AI developers, trainers, and project managers to improve training data quality
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases in safety scenarios and recommend improvements
• Translate complex safety regulations and real-world incidents into structured, actionable AI

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in occupational health and safety
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience reviewing safety data, incident reports, and procedural documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
• Comfortable using digital collaboration and documentation tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or equivalent
• Experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or technical training projects
• Background in technical writing or digital content development related to safety
