Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Specialist located in Cairo. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, including creating and reviewing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies, and maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities. Additional responsibilities include identifying and developing reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, tracking shipments, analyzing purchasing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure inventory needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Orders
- Experience in Purchase Management and expertise in negotiating supplier contracts
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to forecast inventory needs
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in procurement or inventory management software and tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement roles is preferred
