Continuous Improvement Associate Manager | Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions | Egypt
ROLE SUMMARY
The Continuous Improvement Associate Manager is responsible for driving process excellence and business transformation through process redesign, reengineering, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The role focuses on improving efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness by identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. The position also supports transformation initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies
- Design, model, and reengineer business processes, SOPs, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement
- Manage project activities including risk registers, process documentation, and change management
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma trainings (White Belt and Yellow Belt) and support capability building
- Support UAT, implementation, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, P&O, and Operations on transformation initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–8 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Business Excellence, or Transformation
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory
- Strong experience in process modeling, flowcharts, and process mapping
- Experience leading transformation projects in service, finance, procurement, or shared services
- Proven project management and Agile experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and performance analysis
