Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a SaaS Social Media Content Creator. The individual
in this position will be responsible for creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms. Daily tasks include developing engaging posts, strategizing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and interacting with the online community to foster brand awareness and engagement. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends and optimizing strategies accordingly to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Social media content creation and management skills, with experience across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
- Proficiency in content planning, scheduling, and campaign strategy
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, track performance, and optimize content strategies
- Knowledge of writing and editing copy tailored to a SaaS audience, ensuring clarity and engagement
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to produce innovative and impactful campaigns
- Familiarity with digital marketing and branding within the SaaS industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with accessibility-focused initiatives and tools is a strong plus
