Compliance Officer
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer with experience in online or social gaming. The ideal candidate understands how marketing, CRM, and product teams operate and can embed compliance into customer engagement strategies. They are analytical, collaborative, and motivated to create a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure promotions, rewards, and campaigns are transparent and aligned with internal compliance standards.
- Review marketing, CRM, and in-game messaging to maintain clear and responsible communication.
- Oversee loyalty and engagement programs to promote fair play.
- Conduct compliance reviews, improve internal workflows, and support risk management initiatives.
- Educate teams on best practices in customer protection and ethical marketing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or customer protection within online gaming or digital entertainment.
- Strong understanding of promotions, customer engagement, and risk monitoring.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have: Experience with payment risk, KYC, responsible gaming, or compliance tools.
