Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October Industrial Zone for a Human Resources Supervisor. The HR Supervisor will oversee HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing
employee relations, monitoring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, facilitating effective communication between management and employees, and ensuring smooth HR management processes to support organizational goals, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of blue-collar staffing, from sourcing hundreds of candidates to ensuring seamless on-boarding and compliance with local labor laws.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in HR, with at least 3 years specifically in Mass Hiring (Manufacturing).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Mobility: Ability to work extended hours and travel frequently to remote sites.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and site labor.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel for tracking large datasets.
