Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing
, and managing HR policies, organizing employee benefits programs, handling personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR and employment regulations. The role also involves providing HR management support and contributing to fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) principles, including recruitment, training, and development
- Experience in HR Management, HR Policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and their administration
- Skills in Personnel Management, fostering employee engagement and productivity
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience
