Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, coordinating benefits administration, and overseeing daily HR operations. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with labor regulations, managing recruitment processes, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to support the organization’s strategic goals.

• Proficiency in

• Human Resources (HR) and related practices
• Strong expertise in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
• Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment process and it's application
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Egypt
