Role: Media Buying Specialist (4+ yrs agency experience)
Location: New Cairo, Egypt (hybrid)

What you’ll do
Negotiate & purchase premium inventory across Digital, OOH, Print & Social.
Build data-driven plans in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Programmatic DSPs.
Optimise live campaigns daily—cut waste, scale winners, smash KPIs.
Analyse audience & market trends; turn insights into cost-efficient strategies.
Own the budget P&L: forecast, track ROI, report CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates.
Collaborate with creatives & sales to launch campaigns that make competitors jealous.
Must-haves
✔ 4+ years media buying inside a digital / full-service agency (Tarek Nour, FP7 McCann, JWT, OMD Egypt, Initiative Media alumni welcome).
✔ Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager (certifications = bonus).
✔ Proven record of managing EGP 2 M+ monthly budgets and hitting ROAS targets.
✔ Advanced Excel & BI skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, Power BI).
✔ Negotiation black-belt; Arabic & English fluent; CRM savvy.
Nice-to-haves
✔ Programmatic buying (DV360, TTD).
✔ OOH & radio buying exposure.
✔ Google Analytics 4 & offline attribution models.
