Role Description
KULTURE Developments is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Property Consultant for a full-time on-site position located in Cairo. The role involves providing professional consultations to clients, handling property sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The consultant will be responsible for presenting tailored solutions, understanding market trends, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Consulting and Real Estate, including the ability to provide tailored property solutions and insights into the real estate market
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain solid client relationships
- Sales acumen to drive results and meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment
- Proactive attitude and a results-driven approach with a commitment to professionalism
- Familiarity with the Cairo real estate market is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or relevant fields is preferred
