Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team, specializing in variable data printing machines. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing machines at client production lines, repairing electronic boards and conducting daily maintenance visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install and set
up variable data printing machines at client sites.
-Inspect and diagnose technical faults in machines and electronic boards.
-Conduct regular maintenance visits to client sites as per operational needs.
-Prepare service reports and update logs after each visit.
-Ensure machines are operating efficiently and minimize downtime.
-Collaborate with engineers to address technical challenges and improve machine performance.
-Respond promptly to urgent repair requests.
-Repair, assemble, and test machines in the technical workshop.
-Provide technical guidance to clients during and after installations.
Qualifications:
-Education: Diploma of a technician majoring in electricity or mechanics or any related qualification.
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years of
experience.
Preferred Skills:
-Familiarity with production line machinery.
-Experience with variable data printing or similar equipment.
-Strong knowledge of electronic boards and diagnostics tools.
-Willingness to travel for on-site installations and maintenance visits.
-Hands-on experience in maintenance and repair, preferably with printing or industrial machines.
-Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
-Ability to work independently and within a team.
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Flexibility with working hours.
-Participate in the installation of machines for customers.
