Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Supervisor/EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) professional at Aspire International HR Services, based in Heliopolis. The role involves overseeing and managing academic programs for the early years, providing guidance and leadership to teaching staff, designing curriculum strategies, evaluating teaching methodologies, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and frameworks. The Academic Supervisor will also support professional development initiatives, maintain communication with parents, and promote a

safe and nurturing learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and child development strategies
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with parents and educators
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage on-site challenges
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
• Prior experience in an educational leadership or supervision role, preferably within an early years setting
• Proficiency in planning and implementing programs to foster child learning and growth
