Position Overview:
Our company operates in the stationery and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) e-commerce industry, characterized by a large SKU assortment and split-case (piece-picking) warehouse operations.
This position is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a long-term career in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in daily warehouse operations, including: Goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping; Handling split-case (piece-picking) orders and operational exceptions
2. Support inventory management activities, including: Cycle counting and routine stock checks; Identifying, recording, and reporting inventory discrepancies
3. Maintain and update basic warehouse data, including: SKU master data; Inventory quantities and locations; Inbound and outbound transaction records
4. Operate warehouse-related systems such as WMS, OMS, ERP, or internal systems.
5. Support supervisors in process execution, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Follow warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer skills are required, including: Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas); Basic operation of office equipment (PC, printer, scanner)
- Willingness to work in a warehouse and operational environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good discipline, and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to structured warehouse processes and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to or basic knowledge of ERP / WMS / OMS systems.
- Internship or part-time experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce, logistics, or FMCG.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); both will be used as working languages.
