Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, managing property listings, and conducting property viewings. The role involves building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on current property market trends to provide accurate advice and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and proficiency in the real estate industry is a MUST
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Basic understanding of Sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems, is a plus
• Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is an advantage
