Overview:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Tendering Engineer to support our bidding process from initial inquiry through final submission. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, prepare high‑quality proposals, and ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Bid Coordination:
- Review tender documents, requirements, and specifications.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, and management teams to gather required inputs.
- Track tender timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Proposal & Bid Writing:
- Prepare bilingual technical and commercial proposals in line with tender requirements.
- Develop clear, concise, and well‑structured bid documents.
- Ensure proposals reflect accurate technical information and comply with client expectations.
Analysis & Compliance:
- Conduct cost estimates and review pricing structures with relevant departments.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to company standards and tender regulations.
- Support risk assessment and review of contract terms.
Communication & Follow‑up:
- Act as the main point of contact for tender-related communications.
- Submit bids through the designated platforms and follow up with clients when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred Civil, or Aeronautical).
- Fluent English.
- 1–5 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or similar roles.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to prepare structured bid documents.
- Excellent coordination, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with tender portals is a plus.
