- Senior engineering students in their final year at the faculty of engineering.
- Relevant majors include Mechanical, Electrical Power, Mechatronics and Automation.

- Good communicators with persistence and drive.
- Leadership skills as well as strategic and entrepreneurial competence.

- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
- Full physical attendance is required at transformer factory premises in 10th of Ramadan city throughout the internship period.
