Ebdaa Gold Mines is seeking a highly capable Financial Manager to lead our finance operations and support long-term business growth. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy across all statements.

Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting activities.

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights for decision-making.

Manage cash flow effectively and monitor overall financial health.

Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and internal governance standards.

Supervise daily accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and payroll.

Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.

Identify opportunities to optimize costs and enhance profitability.

Mentor and lead the finance team to maintain high performance standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Strong analytical and financial planning skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

CMA or CPA certification is a plus.
