Role Description
This is a part time role for an Arabic Tour Guide, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Arabic Tour Guide will lead guided tours, provide historical and cultural insights, ensure outstanding customer service, and effectively communicate with groups of travelers. The role also includes assisting with tour planning and enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Guided Tours and strong knowledge of Egyptian history and culture
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in tourism or hospitality is advantageous
