Infinity is developing a landmark mixed-use commercial tower in the New Administrative Capital, positioned to become a central hub for business, culture, and forward-looking Egyptian identity. Our ambition is not transactional sales — but long-term asset value creation.
We are building a commercial team that understands architecture excellence, spatial value, and tenant strategy — not brokerage.
Why This Role Is Different
You are an architect. You understand space, proportion, flow, and the intelligence behind a well-designed building.
What you may not have been formally trained in — we will teach you.
At Infinity, you will be mentored by top-tier commercial leaders with deep experience in sales, negotiation, and high-value deal structuring. We will equip you with the tools, frameworks, and confidence to translate your architectural expertise into commercial success.
We are not looking for a broker.
We are looking for an architect who understands the soul of a building — and is ready to learn how to sell a landmark.
Your technical credibility is what gives our commercial conversations power.
Your understanding of design is what differentiates us in the market.
Your growth into a commercially sharp negotiator is what we will invest in.
If you are ready to evolve from designing buildings to shaping their commercial legacy, this is your opportunity.
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Architect to lead the technical-commercial positioning of our office and retail assets.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Architectural literacy
- Commercial strategy
- Tenant engagement
- Development coordination
You will act as the bridge between Design, Development, Leasing, and End Users — ensuring that commercial conversations are grounded in technical credibility.

- Drive commercial negotiations including pricing, lease terms, fit-out contributions, incentives, and contract structuring to secure high-value agreements.
- Present and translate architectural drawings, floor plates, and technical specifications into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Advise clients on spatial efficiency, core-to-GFA ratios, leasing flexibility, and long-term occupancy optimization to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and development teams to ensure tenant requirements are technically feasible and commercially optimized.
- Lead build-to-suit discussions and fit-out feasibility negotiations, balancing client expectations with asset protection.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and competitive market positioning to maximize asset value.
- Ensure all commercial commitments are aligned with technical delivery capabilities, mitigating risk and safeguarding project integrity.
- Strengthen Infinity’s market positioning through design-led, value-driven commercial storytelling that differentiates the asset from broker-led offerings.
