Role Description We are seeking a Spanish-speaking professional for a full-time on-site role at our Giza location. The primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions in Spanish, providing excellent customer support, and addressing client inquiries effectively. Additional duties include troubleshooting issues, assisting in resolving client concerns, and collaborating with team members to meet quality and efficiency targets.
Qualifications Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) for effective communication with clients and customers Customer service and client engagement skills, with a focus on problem-solving and maintaining customer satisfaction Basic technical skills for troubleshooting and resolving client issues Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities Previous experience in a customer support or service role is a plus Flexibility to adapt to shifts or changes in schedule if needed
