Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in New Cairo. The successful candidate will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide professional and prompt support, resolve customer issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and identify process improvements.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service Representative skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and support Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and resolve inquiries effectively Proficiency in computer literacy for managing customer information and using related tools Ability to adapt quickly to changing scenarios and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
