• Coordinate and manage export shipments from booking through to final delivery, ensuring smooth and timely execution
• Liaise effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to secure bookings and resolve operational matters
• Prepare, review, and validate all export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L

• ), Certificates of Origin, Form 13, and other required documents
• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal company policies
• Monitor vessel schedules, cargo readiness, and port cut-off dates to avoid delays or penalties
• Track shipment status proactively and resolve any operational issues, including delays, documentation discrepancies, or clearance challenges
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry within ERP systems to ensure visibility and reporting accuracy
• Review and validate freight and logistics invoices prior to submission to the Finance team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Planning, Sales, and Finance teams to align shipment schedules and operational priorities
