We are hiring a Sales Executive & Sales Engineer to join our team in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in furniture sales and a strong ability to achieve targets and build long-term client relationships within the Egyptian market.
Key Responsibilities:-Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable furniture solutions.-Present furniture products and services in a professional and compelling manner.-Manage the complete sales cycle from client inquiry to deal closing.-Prepare quotations
, follow up with clients, negotiate terms, and close sales. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.-Prepare periodic sales reports and analyze performance indicators.-Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities within the Egyptian furniture market.- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to market expansion.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and developers.-Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.-Maintain strong knowledge of furniture products, materials, finishes, and pricing.-Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns and promotions.-Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure
timely order execution and delivery.
Requirements:•Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture sales (home or office furniture).•Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.•Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.•Good understanding of the Egyptian furniture market and customer behavior. Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.•Ability to work independently and under pressure.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.•Good command of English is preferred.
