Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, developing solutions that meet customer requirements, and driving sales opportunities. They will collaborate with internal teams, prepare technical proposals, and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong technical background Experience in Technical Support with the ability to troubleshoot and solve customer challenges Excellent Communication skills for explaining technical concepts and engaging with clients effectively Proven Sales skills, including negotiation and relationship-building Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in relevant industries is a plus
