Mechanical Tendering Team Leader (MEP / Construction)
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Tendering Team Leader to join our team and support the preparation of competitive bids for major MEP projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading the tendering process and guiding the team to deliver high-quality proposals.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the mechanical tendering team Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations Identify risks and value engineering opportunities Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids
Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering ✔ 6–10 years of experience in Mechanical Tendering (MEP / Construction) ✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems ✔ Previous team leadership experience is preferred ✔ Strong analytical and communication skills????
