• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive tender bids and budget proposals.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of material costs, labor rates, and industry trends, integrating this data into estimation models.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project costs, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders
